WHAT?:
Three month intensive life change program. Ninety days of dedication,
motivation, education, and change that will last a lifetime. One group
meeting per week, daily communication with professional, special event
educational speakers, the support you need to make it last, fun
workouts, good meals, and when it is all said and done....... weight
loss, energy gain, life balance, and a new way to look at your future.
WHO?: This program is designed for people who truly
want to stop procrastinating about getting in shape and are ready to
dive in head first.
This is an overall wellness OVERHAUL. It
takes over a month for a new habit to set in and stick, let's do this
thing! If you are ready to make change, I am ready to help you.
Participants will be required to attend one meeting per week.
Participants
will be required to log in DAILY with food and activity. Participants
will be required to do some type of physical activity everyday
(activities vary) and be completely dedicated to changing their eating
habits if needed. If any of the above items are not accomplished, the
participant will receive 3 warnings before they are out of the program
completely with NO REFUND. Please be aware of this before going any
further with your thought process. You must be committed to change
before signing up. If you already have a negative attitude or don't
think that you can do it, please don't waste your time or the time of
people around you that really need this. Optional meetings will be
taking place during the 3 months. Meetings will vary from trail hikes,
yoga classes, spa visits, grocery store visits, nutritional lectures,
and more. You will not be disappointed with the education you will
receive from this program.
WHEN?:
Starts Friday February 15th at 6PM. This will be the orientation,
support group introduction, instructor introduction, expectations, and
goal setting. Meetings will then take place every Tuesday at 12:30 and
Friday noon for two months. Meetings will include weekly topics of
lecture, workouts, educational speakers, and more. You choose which
meeting you would like to attend and you will have a team lead on each
day. You will also have access to Aim Fitness for the entire class
schedule, facilities, showers, and daily communication with your team
lead.
HOW MANY?: We will accept 30 people total. This will put about 15 people in each meeting for support, motivation, and fun.
