Simply roast corn on the grill with Ponzu sauce (a lemony teriyaki sauce you can find at the grocery store.) Soak fresh corn in Ponzu sauce and grill, continuously basting or dipping the corn in the sauce when it gets dry until it is slightly blackened. You won't need any salt, pepper, or butter afterward. We made this last summer and our friends are still raving about it. Delicious!
