SALES ASSOCIATE, CASHIERS, SHIPPER/RECIEVERS
ARITZIA is a leading fashion retailer located in select cities within the U.S. and Canada. We’re launching our first store in San Francisco, opening this summer at San Francisco Centre!
We currently have immediate openings for Full-time and Part-time: Sales Associates, Shipper Receivers and Cashiers. Reporting to the Store Manager, our teams of Associates are responsible for maximizing sales, merchandise and ensuring optimal customer service. Specific responsibilities will include:
Sales Associates
• Ensuring you generate sales and exceed the applicable sales per hour standards
• Ensuring you use the steps to successful selling
• Ensuring you provide customer service and exceed Aritzia's Customer Service Standard
• Generate sales and exceed the applicable sale per hour standard.
• Identify the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations all of the time.
• Maintain the store to ensure our customers enjoy a relaxed and comfortable environment.
• Utilize our systems to ensure our customers’ time is our number priority.
• Open availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and other special events according to the needs of the business
Shipper/Receivers
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to manage stock quickly and efficiently
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal and problem resolution skills
• Strong work ethic
• Previous experience executing the merchandise function an asset
• Strong work ethic and ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Cashiers
• Responsible for ensuring the cash desk is consistently organized and stocked based on cash desk standards
• Responsible for ensuring optimal staff coverage based on business demands
• Responsible for operating cash desk functions so that organization, administration and operations are maximized
• Responsible for quickly, efficiently, and accurately processing all transactions in a friendly manner: speed, accuracy, service as per Company policies and procedures
• Must possess good math and problem solving skills
Experience:
Retail and sales experience an asset.
