Creative Crafters Wanted!

We are looking for talented local crafters for the 1st annual "Howl-a-day" Craft Event with a % of the proceeds to benefit a Greyhound rescue group - Greyhound Friends in Hopkinton, MA. (www.greyhound.org) We are especially interested in photographers, painters, ceramics, and creative gift ideas for the Holiday Season. The event is scheduled for November 22, 2008 in Waltham from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM and we ask that all crafters plan to stay for the duration of the event.

Advertising for the event will start as soon as we select all crafters so we are eager to secure a great group of participants! Crafters will be announced on September 1, 2008 by 5:00 PM and submissions are due no later than August 15th at 5:00 PM.

The event will be featured in local papers, advertised in flyers, radio spots, and in the Improper Bostonian and more.... we are expecting a strong turnout! Crafters will be charged a small $50 table fee upon being selected to participate.

We will be choosing crafters based on submission of (one) of the following:

1. four to five slides clearly showing your work
2. a link to your crafting website or other site where your work is featured
3. or another clear representation of your work (pictures)

9. Would you be interested in contributing a % of your choice to Greyhound Rescue?
