AND THE AWARD GOES TO....
Those notorious British gossips are at it again. Just when we thought that Heat was the hottest U.K. export, we stumbled upon the 3am girls. 3am is a randy, shameless gossip column that can be found in London's Daily Mirror. The gals seem to party hop and then harass their celebrity prey until the celebs either a) have their photo taken with the girls or b) behave badly enough (so the girls can dish about them and their ill behaviour the following morning)...it's a recipe for disaster. However, the girls still manage to sneak into parties and get quotes and quips from the stars. This month's issue of Vanity Fair even features the girls in a 3 page piece! No matter what their tactics may be, the 3am girls are the ones with the most cake...oops...Cristal!

HOORAY FOR SPRING!
Hello Spring...we are so glad that you are upon us. The weather seems to be cooperating and all us vainglorious gals are itching to get out there in our finest duds. We here at Splendora have taken it upon ourselves to tell you about some of our favorite trends for spring.
1) Explore your inner Audrey Hepburn and don a delicate pair of flats. Before you dismiss this idea please hear us out. We understand the importance of heels, but, there is something to be said for the gal that can pull off the look of a flat shoe (elegant! sophisticated!). Trust us, you will not look dumpy, you just need some time to be comfortable being your real height. And think of all of the advantages, they look fantastic with skinny jeans, you can actually walk in these pups, and you will be dubbed a fashion risktaker. Fantastic!
2) Try a vintage Chanel clutch. Before you get bent out of shape about our schoolmarmish taste, let us speak our mind. The quilted Chanel bag has never gone out of style, it essentially resurfaces every season. The bag is classic and can be paired with jeans and a tee, or with a little black shift dress...it's oh so versatile! So, start snoopin' around your mom's closet, she may have one of these hidden treasures for you!
3) Wear funky color combos. Us Splendora-ites are constantly searching for new and unusual ways to wear color. We love this color combo of brown and blue...it screams 1973 in an utterly chic way. So, be daring with your hue choices, you'll be sure to stand out in a crowd.
4) Purchase one fabulous white item. It's true, white can look "nurse-ish", and is scary to wear at a ketchup-laden BBQ. But don't deny white's fresh and clean appeal. It looks good with everything, makes you look tan, and alludes to the fact that you are an innocent gal(?). What more could you want from a color?
What are you wearing?
