MOVE OVER COUSIN IT: PART DEUX
Last week we had a little style section comparing the fashion efforts of Alanis Morisette and Tiffani Amber Thiessen. Tiffani was the clear winner in spite of Alanis' crimped and crumpled efforts. This week instead of dishing out compliments, we are back with the above fashion disasters.
It seems as though pop stars have a serious complex about wearing anything that actually resembles clothing and does not fall into the category of "costume". Alanis' hair was tres heinous, but Macy Gray's is downright eerie. At this movie premiere it appears that Macy has cultivated the look a private eye in disguise. We ask, is going out in drag when your fame wanes an outrageous attempt to garner some last minute props?
And you thought that the "Lady Marmelade" video was the pinnacle of poor taste. Well, in this pic it seems as though the new and enhanced Christina has topped herself (literally). This infamous queen of poor taste just cannot get it together. She too is a member of the camp that believes in order to gain attention one must look as trashy and pathetic as possible. In the case of these two beauties, self-confidence need not apply....
