CRUISE/CRUZ & MOMMY MADGE
Hot off the press ...
We heard a tidbit that is extra juicy. Our inside source reports that the Cruise/Cruz tryst has been made official and the two stunners have gotten hitched! Apparently there was a message left by Mr. Cruise on Cameron Crowe's voice mail that stated "Penelope and I did it!"And, we don't think Tom was referring to successfully programming his VCR to tape 'Vanilla Sky.'
In other news, the rumors about Madonna's alleged third pregnancy are running rampant. Trusty tabloid The Star insists that Queen Madge is definitely expecting bambino number three. Although Madonna's mouthpiece Liz Rosenberg has admitted that she has covered up her client's pregnancies in years past, she recently stated that, "She is not pregnant- and I'm not lying now."
We are waiting to confirm both rumors but you heard it first.

Last week we put in our two-cents about Julia "Runaway" Roberts. It seems as though her lover's (cameraman Danny Moder) family is simply furious that he is betrothed to Julia. To show their disdain for the Hollywood homewrecker, it's rumored that the Moders have refused to attend the shady couple's nuptials since Sir Daniel is still married to a gal named Vera (poor thing). The icing on this unmade wedding cake is that after *all* this scandal, Julia has given Danny-boy the boot!
Message to Jules, perhaps it's time to pass your America's Sweetheart title to Sandra Bullock.

BAY TO BREAKERS
Whoa Nellie, it's that time of year again. Time to wake up extra early, down a Mimosa, strap on your sneaks, and laugh like crazy as you stumble up the Hayes Hill with about 100,000 of your nearest and dearest. Bay to Breakers is for sure one of the most fun events in S.F., and it's a great excuse to pretend you're athletic and get together with the entire city for group exercise. We here at Splendora may not actually run this year, but will participate in full by setting up a mobile bar somewhere in the Panhandle...cheers y'all!

Kids in the Hall
You may recall this hysterical Canadian comedy troupe from their show on Comedy Central and now you can laugh your little tush off at their live show at the Wiltern Theatre. The Kids in the Hall will appear for two nights Friday and Saturday at 8 and 7:30 pm respectively.
