What is about Liz Hurley that makes her intriguing? She's not stunningly beautiful like Christy Turlington. And she's not a sexy sizzler like Eva Mendes. But yet there is something oddly gorgeous about the whole Hurley package. Perhaps it is the way she rose to fame through Hugh's legendary latenight nightcap in 1995. The world winced with her at the news and rewarded her forgiveness with modeling contracts, movie roles, and producer credits. Now nearly a decade later we can see glimpses of the former "victim's" behavior that, while it doesn't excuse Hugh's stupidity, might explain his urge to stray. It turns out that some people (like Steven Bing, father of Hurley's illegit son who was conceived one summer at Elton John's house), think Liz Hurley is the devil. In fact, the Hurl has been known to throw fits on airplanes; made the mistake of filming a commercial during the SAG strike of 2000; and now is taking shooting lessons for a very un-PC shooting party at her country house in England. It's comical that while the rest of the naughty wannabe celebrities concoct desperate antic to stay on the Bad Girl List (like kissing pop stars, showboating at strip clubs, and beating up the Hilton Sisters), Liz continues to offend, enrage, and somehow manage to gracefully represent Estee Lauder.
