It's no secret that Splendora loves Nike so we were thrilled
to find out that, Narciso Rodriguez, this week's guest genius designer is
also obsessed with the swoosh. Fresh from a visit to Nike HQ in Portland,
Narciso was sporting a Nike windbreaker and comfy kicks. Rodriguez raves
about Nike's au courant designs, and we are absolutely giddy that we can
get our manicured hands on some new gear at the grand opening of the first
nikewomen in the Bay Area at Stanford Shopping Center (details
below.)

These 2 photos taken on separate occasions were obviously
part of the week-long olympiad-like competition for best paparazzi pose.
Here are the results from the individual events: Hilton scored a gold
medal in both the head tilt and mouth slightly agape category and Ritchie
took silver for the despondent stare pose. Carey may have secured the
bronze for her aged attempt at the come-hither stare, but her victory is
still being hotly contested by the Swedish judge.

THE D.L.: THE TONYTAIL
Not
since the early 90's- when Scrunchie's ruled the ponytail's and wrists of
women from coast to coast has their been a hair accessory movement that
has taken both high school cafeterias and stagnant corporate boardrooms by
storm. That was until the TonyTail came along. Ladies, let us introduce
you to this totally ingenious accoutrement that will have you
sling-shotting your random rubberbands into oblivion. It makes a mangled,
3-days-without-a-washing ponytail look totally sleek and smooth. It's easy
to use, very inexpensive, and eliminates the need to wrap and bobbypin
your locks-perfect for black tie and bridesmaids. Find it at: Claire's,
Ricky's (in NYC), Ulta, Walgreens and more...hit up TonyTail's Site.
