Test Kitchen

Located on West Pico Blvd in Los Angeles, Test Kitchen is a playground for chefs and mixologists who want to think outside of the box, experiment with dishes and cocktails outside of their restaurants / bars and showcase their work to a new public of intrepid foodies. This week, for instance, Jordan Kahn of Red Medicine takes over the kitchen with an all new Beef menu inspired by traditional Vietnamese festive banquets.
