A new goat cheese from Québec won the International Cheese Awards and can be dubbed best cheese in the world,
The New York Times reports. Called Le Cendrillon (i.e. Cinderella) because it is coatedwith ash, its flavor is described as sharp and mouth-filling, which sounds like a refreshing alternative to the mild goat cheese spreads most of us are used to eating. It's available at
