If you're obsessed with Secret Diary of a Call Girl on Showtime (as we are), you'll love this article on The Guardian. The "secret diary" was actually a real life blog penned by an anonymous lady of the night under the pseudonym Belle de Jour. The blog later became a hit cable show and book. Tired of being behind the scenes, the author has stepped forward, "I couldn't even go to my own book launch party", says Brooke Magnanti (the real Belle) who is actually a PhD scientist working at Bristol Initiative for Research of Child Health. Purchase the show on DVD here.
