The Best Mascara is ... Chanel Inimitable Multi-Dimensional Mascara. We've always followed other people's picks for Best Mascara but we weren't convinced that theirs were always the best. So, we spent over a thousand bucks buying over FIFTY mascaras from drugstore to department store and we tested each one against each other (one on each eye).
