Having a Baby? 5 Things For the Hospital

If you're pregnant or expecting a baby, please read on. If you're not, you might want to pass this along. A girlfriend who is expecting twins any day asked me for advice on what to pack in her hospital bag. Here are some helpful Splendora tips:

1. Depends Adult Diapers - here's a little trick I came up with after hearing about what happens to a woman's body after she gives birth. Without getting too graphic, Depends lets you to apply icepacks to the right places and limits your trips to and from the WC. Trust me on this one. It's a brilliant little tip that had even the nurses marveling.

2. Make Up Bag - Duh, right? But, it is amazing how much better you feel with a little blush, lipgloss, and mascara. Don't get crazy, leave the eyeshadow at home.

3. Body Pillow (and pillows in general) - The Comfort U, total body support pillow, was a complete lifesaver--making the rickety hospital bed feel like a cozy, soft palm of a gentle giant. Bring pillows for your partner too.

4. Soothies Gel pads for the nipples. Need I say more?

5. Wrap Dress With all the stuff going on down there I found that a wrap dress was best to wear for the hospital exit (plus, you look fabulous). Anything I'm missing here? Let us know.
