What to Gadget: Ariete SteakHouse Grill

We all know about the ubiquitous grill named after the ex-boxing champ that everyone and their mother has collecting dust somewhere in their kitchen. Well, this revolutionary Ariete SteakHouse Grill is like that, but on steroids. Not only does it cook food so that it's lighter and tastier by letting the food never come into contact with the fat that's drained into a special tray, but it also looks a whole lot more stylish than those GF's with it's cool stainless-steel appearance. Plus, cooking is completed in half the time because the foods cook on both sides in a vertical position. Mmmm, time to bring home the beef, 'cause mama's making burgers tonight!

What to Gadget: Epson Movie Projector

Love the drive-in movie theatre, but the nearest one is 100 miles away? Instead, opt for your very own movie under the stars, and in your own backyard. All you need is a white sheet or screen, a group of friends, some popcorn, and The Epson movie mate. Outdoor entertaining doesn't get any better than this!

What to Gadget: Two's Company Sew Chic Emergency Kit

Sewing kits are the sort of thing one typically needs on a weekly basis, but never invests in. Heck, they're free at most hotels and if you're anything like me you stash them in your bag quicker than you can say needle and thread. But their packaging isn't convenient and will leave you with a bag full of loose needles. I just bought my first kit, but wish I would have held out for these Chic Emergency Kits by Two's Company. I guess one can't have too many sewing kits, right?

What to Gadget: Wii at Westin Hotels

Hey all you gamers out there: you no longer have to suffer from acute "Wii Withdrawal" when you travel. Westin Hotels have you hooked up--literally--with Wii consoles in their fitness rooms. Now you can get your game on with Wii Sports, Wii Fit, and Big Brain Academy. But be sure to check the hotel before you book—the rollout is in the early phases, and not all hotels are equipped yet.

What to Gadget: TripWiser

When planning a trip, I have a tendency to get a little OCD. I've been known to make finite Excel spreadsheets detailing each day of my itinerary including where we're going, what we're doing, and how we're going to do it. So I'm pretty excited about TripWiser. A social site for travelers, they've recently added a feature where you plan out each individual day, add notes, and even upload photos. Then you can e-mail the trip info and post on your Facebook, My Space, or Hi 5 account so you can keep everyone in the loop. It's so easy, and now you can use that precious hotel WiFi time posting on your Splendora Diary.
