Baby Peas with Mustard Horseradish Butter

We're always searching for an interesting veggie recipe – face it, there's only so much you can do with a side salad. So when we happened upon this quick and easy concoction, we were jacked. Peas are so spring-y and delish – especially when they're all buttered up. Mmm, mmm, good. This sounds like it would be perfect with a glass of crisp, dry, white wine.
