From
the moment your guests receive their invitation in the mail, they will know you have cared about every detail and the event
will be one they---and you---will remember.
My slide show below features many designs completed for several
CECI New York clients; complete designs can be seen on their website: www.cecinewyork.com/
Using the traditional pointed pen, I render script in both Copperplate and Spencerian 'hands'. In addition, I can
write in the style of many commercial script typefaces such as Rook, Citadel and Bickham, to name a few.
Color can enrich your invite---set the mood and coordinate with your reception decor and wedding attire. Envelopes can
be in color or use color in the printing or the ink I use to address them. A nice touch is to use color to line the
inner envelopes---and perhaps a touch of color on the invite itself, such as a motif, a monogram or a graphic border.

I have been fortunate to work with CECINewYork clients for several years. The boxed 'save the date' with a band
for the address is just one example of alternatives to standard, expected envelopes and cards.
There are many creative and responsive stationers and wedding planners here in NYC. These are a few that I have worked
with for several years and am impressed with their quality and performance. A few of them have turned into clients---as
I did their wedding calligraphy myself. An honor to be picked.
