Sometimes a rose is just a rose. Apparently, the florist at A Bed of Roses has yet to hear or acknowledge those famous words. The fresh rosebud and spring bouquets are so extraordinary that they'd embarrass even Martha Stewart's centerpieces. Owner Gretchen Van Derent, who we'd assume would be frazzled by the weekly floral demands of Mike Ovitz and Steven Spielberg, has an extremely sunny disposition and will gladly take time away from the cast of Frasier's needs to put together an elegant floral arrangement. Van Derent does not work out of a store, just a warehouse full of freshly-picked flowers using a magical touch.
