Two manicurists on staff Thursday through Saturday offer a martini and a manicure for 10 bucks--the best deal in town. In fact, the foofy martinis and other trendy cocktails are practically the only new twist at this vintage watering hole. And not to worry, it's never a chick-fest at Beauty Bar.
