Chin Chin ("to your health") is a welcome alternative to the typical dark Chinese restaurants that use so much salt, oil, and soy sauce that your ankles swell before you've even received the bill. The vegetarian menu is extensive and the prices won't hurt your wallet--tofu with lobster sauce costs a mere $6.75.
