For the past ten years, Mark Held, Richard David, and their team of 15-plus designers have designed the floral arrangements found at the annual Governor's Ball following the Academy Awards. A favorite of celebrities, fine hotels, and brides, Mark's Garden is also known for their smaller-scale designs.
