We're unsure of what we enjoy more--browsing Neiman's racks of designer gowns or receiving an invitation to a fest that calls for one of these beauties. Our favorite was a cream Badgley Mischka full-length with layered silk and a strapless, delicately beaded bodice. The selection is incredible, ranging from sleek Celine creations to flirty Pucci gowns. The sales associates can provide a well-trained eye for glamour and are eager to help without being pushy; we gossiped about upcoming soirées and botched facelifts.
