In the middle of all the mayhem, a DJ spins everything from acid jazz to house, adding a hip vibe to a chic space. With its blue stone floors, sand gardens, and waterfall, Tengu is Asian Fusion dressed in its most fetching ensemble. And after a few rounds of Tengu's specialty cocktails--like the Ninja, the Sayonara, or the Flaming Colossus--the equally fetching-crowd starts swaying, maybe even to the music. If you're daring, try the pear-infused sake; it's to die for. But beware: if you're over 30, you'll stand out. Way out.
