In Beverly Hills, Robertson Boulevard is the more hip place to see and be seen than famed Canon or Rodeo Drives. Nestled among the high-end shops and designer boutiques is the tell-tale white picket fence and outdoor patio that make up part of The Ivy. The other part isn't necessarily the Cajun-influenced Continental cuisine, but rather the clientele. The fresh grilled vegetable salad is popular among the Industry crowd. Tasty, yes, but we savored the black-peppered shrimp to the very last piece. The tables are packed so close together you literally rub elbows with those seated next to you; the likelihood of that person being a celebrity is pretty much guaranteed. In this town, "meet you at The Ivy" gets uttered as often as "who is your agent?"
