We love the marriage of au natural locale with haute cuisine: Set up a place for guests to check their shoes so they can feel the sand between their toes, yet arrange for passed hors d'oeuvres to include a classy lobster salad with mango and tarragon, and the habanero pesto grilled baby lamp chops. Event Director Kelly Ann Maurice is honest and down-to-earth, so you'll know you're in good hands from the get-go--whether you crave seashell decor or a sea of roses, or a party of 40 to 400. Our advice? Plan to check out the space on a Sunday morn, so you can enjoy the restaurant's brunch menu.
