Petrossian Restaurant
One block from Carnegie Hall and four blocks from Lincoln Center is the legendary (since 1984) Petrossian Restaurant. Practically synonymous with caviar, Petrossian has imported some of the finest Russian Beluga, Ossetra, and Sevruga since the 1920s. Dining at the restaurant is a pleasure indeed. The art deco décor transports you from midtown to La Vie en Rose. Pink granite and a grand chandelier provide a perfect backdrop for ultimate indulgence. Break from the mundane and lunch on caviar and champagne or crash your juice fast with foie gras followed by a glazed rack of lamb. Whatever you fancy, be sure to sample the famous caviar (ah, just thinking about it makes our mouths water). Lunch is served throughout the week, brunch on weekends, and dinner every night.
