Asia de Cuba
When we first dined at Asia de Cuba in New York City, we longed for a West Coast outpost of the fabulous fusion restaurant. Well, our wishes came true and Asia de Cuba opened its’ doors in September of 2001. Located off of the lobby inside the beauteous Clift Hotel, Asia de Cuba yields an innovative and glamorous dining experience. The haute Asian-Latin cuisine is served family style at the Venetian mirror communal dining table or in one of the restaurant’s leather banquettes. While you dine you can soak up the atmosphere in the adjacent Redwood Room thanks to a large peek-a-boo opening in the wall. Perfect for a party or a girls-night-out Veuve Clicquot celebration, Asia de Cuba is simply smashing.
