IO thoroughly spoils spa-goers and yoga babes with market-fresh flowers, cheeses, truffles, his/hers steam rooms, a fireplace lounge, redwood sundeck (perfect for bridal parties!), and results-driven treatments. After one of many yoga classes offered regularly in the sun-lit studio, we find that the hot stone massage truly goes deep; the lomi lomi massage really works out the kinks; and the massage-heavy, all-natural facial leaves us glowing. But our current favorite is the Organic Fusion massage, it's  a little slice of heaven. It blends Shiatsu techniques to awaken energy pathways and Thai Yoga stretches for release. After our treatment we felt light and centered. Even popping in for a quick brow wax feels restorative at this simple, clean space, where prenatal massage and yoga are increasingly popular; and custom yoga, spa, and luncheon packages can be whipped up pronto by the friendly, Puma-clad staff. IO stylishly combines wellness and pleasure in beautiful execution, and we're hooked.
