Montara Beach is our favorite spot for a twilight trek or midnight excursion. Strolling from one end of the vacant beach to the other takes less than half an hour, so breathe in the briny air and admire the jagged cliffs. Meditate alone or hold the hand of your lover huddled in one of the bluffs. If time permits, head to Pasta Moon and try the delicious pasta, creamy tiramisu and excellent wine selection. This is the perfect place to visit when heading north or south on Highway 1. Only thirty minutes from the City, it is between Pacifica and Half Moon Bay.
