Sit-ups stressing you out and abs still soft? The Body Gallery's trifecta of talented trainers, Cassidy, Jesse or Jill, will teach you Pilates principles that will gently manipulate your muscles and assist you to attain a firmer stomach, lithe arms and legs all the while protecting your back. The studio's spa-like tranquility comes complete with exotic flowers, a wash of natural light, and minimal chatter- making your hard work seem effortless and even fun. Clients stay focused in the small group atmosphere (only 2-3 trainees are in studio at all times) and don't have time to kvetch since sessions simply seem to fly by. All of The Body Gallery's trainers are well versed in rehabilitative and preventative medicine and specifically customize sessions for each client's needs and goals. Unlike other huff and puff exercise techniques, you are engaged in exploration and discovery, allowing you to seriously target specific problem areas and muscle groups. While driving home after training, clients have to adjust their rear view because they are already sitting taller behind the wheel. Concentration is only a challenge because the space is also a gallery, full of fascinating works, hence the name.
