Recently remodeled, The Lodge at Tiburon sprawls across three acres that exude a relaxing seaside feel. The rooms are awash in soft seafoam green hues and have bungalow-esque celings - a balance of quiet luxury and casual comfort. If you're planning on spending most of your getaway lazing in bed, you'll appreciate the amazingly fluffy matresses and clever chart of pillow options designed to optimize your sleep time. Comfy as our room was, we took advantage of The Lodge's many outdoor patios featuring fireplaces and firepits to warm us as we enjoyed a glass of wine under the stars. Quaint local shops and superb dining are only a two minute walk from the property, so there's plenty to do outside of the hotel grounds. The Lodge's own restaurant, Three Degrees, is a great spot to dine, too; the offerings are so upscale and fresh it doesn't feels like the furthest thing from "hotel cuisine."
