Think Miley Cyrus is the most successful teen around? Think again. Kira Plastinina, who will be 16 next week, is the latest hardworking "It" girl and will be a household name by 2010 if not sooner. Kira, along with her tycoon father, already own 49 boutiques throughout Russia with another 30 to 50 stores opening across America in the next few years. The eponymous Kira Plastinina boutiques are pink, girly, fun, and feature Kira's flirty yet sporty designs at price points that leave posh teens unfazed. For those of you in Los Angeles this weekend, look for the Kira branded Ice Cream Truck passing out co-branded chocolate treats from Kira and Dylan's Candy Bar.
