Lately I've been torn about Madonna's Hard Candy promos. Sure her body is smokin' for a 50 year old (or 25 year old!) but do we really want to see her parading around babyface Justin in getups that would make a Pussycat Doll blush? There was a full page ad in in the NY Times with Madonna's blurred out face, mouth suggestively agape, and her Hillary Clinton-like eyes mustering a come hither look. It seemed a little desperate and not as edgy as her past iterations. Is it time for Lady M to pass the whip to Little Miss Miley or should she continue to straddle her fifties in hotpants?
