Many of my friends are having their first babies this year and have
repeatedly asked me--a second time mother of a newborn myself (Octavia
Pell born August 2008)--to make list of all the things I needed and
found crucial when I came home from the hospital. If you're a wise mom
and also have some good tips please comment at the end of this post.
First time moms you'll need to know about Diapers.com. They have everything you need and, like you, they deliver!
DIAPERING NEEDS
Note: The thing about diapers is that you want to find the right
fit. Huggies tended to fit my baby boy better and Pampers were better
for my daughter.
92 Carton Diapers
Unscented Wipes
Diaper Cream by Weleda (you won't need this if you always make sure to pat a baby completely dry after using wipes)
Pack of Cloth Diapers (put under their tush while changing and use to pat dry)
Diaper Dekor (this is the brand I use)
Changing Pad w. Chamois Cover (I love this one)
Diaper Storage Caddy (this is what I use)
SEE MY WHOLE LIST (and forward to all your pregnant friends) ...
