4. Someone Stop Her

I had the misfortune of flipping on the boob tube during "The View" and their discussion sounded like a flock of gobbling turkeys. I'm all for media with a female POV but I'm a little tired of the "View" gang battling the shrill hysterics of the often underinformed, far right sound bite parroting Hasselbeck. I think it's time for women to have a dignified, smart alternative to daytime talk along the lines of Oprah but less ... touchy feely. TV producers take note: please make a show that showcases rational, sane women who can articulate and debate their point of view--whatever it may be--without screaming, whining, or crying..--Gina Pell, Founder, 12-05-08
