Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare is the best restaurant in Las Vegas. I'll even go out on a limb and say it's the best restaurant I've ever patronized (and I've been to and reviewed hundreds). I'm not the only one who thinks so since the restaurant is an AAA Four Diamond Award winner and Chef Paul Bartolotta received a James Beard Award this year. The key is you should love seafood, enjoy long dinners, and be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars. If you're on a budget or rushing to see a show, you're not going to appreciate the artistry. But if, like me, you don't mind splurging on epicurean pleasures, ask to sit out by the pond and be sure to order the Chef's Tasting with a bottle of Tocai Friulano.
