1. 3 Day Clean Food Plan

The staff at Splendora and I have embarked on a 90-Day Challenge to see who can achieve the most dramatic level of personal fitness and health (follow us on Twitter to learn our criteria and progress). I plan to incorporate this 3 Day Clean Food Plan from Gaiam (an online guide to better living) every week to ensure that I am eating nutritious, delicious food on an on-going basis. I started last week and I noticed an added benefit: luminous skin.
