A friend of mine who was in Haiti a few months ago told me that Wyclef Jean is so beloved by the people that he would likely win Haiti's Presidential election if he ever decided to run. Whatever Jean's future may hold, Haiti's native son and former frontman for the Fugees is currently helping his country by pulling bodies from the rubble in Port-au-Prince. Jean also has a website devoted to raise money and awareness. Here's one musician who is truly a rockstar.
