5. Alexis Swanson Traina

It's not often that San Francisco is described as chic, sophisticated, or fashion forward, which is why I am thrilled that Vogue was savvy enough to feature my smart, gorgeous friend Alexis Swanson Traina and her husband Trevor in the December 2009 issue. Alexis who is Creative Director at her family's winery Swanson Vineyard, is a marketing genius and a mother of two who, together with her husband Trevor, is putting San Francisco on the map in terms of style and culture.
