What I Eat for Breakfast...

I would venture to say that breakfast is my healthiest meal of the entire day. For some reason I always start out strong but by the end of lunch I am craving candy bars and Cheetos. Here is a mini-list of what I nosh on before noontime:

*Greek Fage yogurt with honey and almonds
*Plain rice cakes with cottage cheese and jam
*Cottage cheese with a sprinkle of Honey Bunches of Oats
*Morning Star Farms bacon, 2% American cheese, and an egg sunny side up on a 100 calorie English Muffin (sprinkle with fresh chives...yum!)
*Wheetabix ceral and rasins
*Laughing Cow cheese and an apple

Other suggestions welcome!
