We are contemplating taking the leap into parenthood, which for a personality such as mine means every bit of research must be done, no stone unturned, no what if undiscussed. I was blessed with this book by the ladies of Splendora and it could not have been a better source to begin my journey. Ms. Lenkert has the most gorgeous and effortless tone in describing even the dirtiest of little secrets regarding pregnancy. It was beyond refreshing to feel engaged by a voice similar to my own and drawn in by an equal with a great sense of humor along the way. For anyone who is toying with expanding for the first time I highly recommend this fun and easy read. To put yourself on an informative path that will make you giggle and understand that although it will be scary people have been doing it for ages. She harnesses her personal pregnancy experience to guide you through nine months of changes and as you hear this woman's story first hand interwoven with general knowledge it truly takes the edge off. With me I'll take such a better and calmer attitude towards pregnancy after this book!
