I'm the proud owner of these fabulous Rachel Comey sandals. While I'm a huge fan of Rachel's clothing, her shoes rank higher in my book.  This season I was torn between these and the Gimlet Wedge, but the black flat seemed like a more logical purchase. The elastic was a little tough to break in, but it's been smooth sailing ever since.

Its really hard to keep up with the seasons here in SF: one day its cold, one day is freaking hot, one day its cold, then its hot.

Regardless of what mother nature tells us, the world of fashion abides by its own clock.

WHAT im watching--Rescue Dawn, the newest movie by Werner Herzog featuring the every so hot Christian Bale.

Although he had to slim down a lot for the role, and looked like he hadn't bathed in 3 years, he still brought it home, still hotter than ever. I even cried at the end, AMAZING.

TGIF! Don't know why I'm so excited, I haven't had a real weekend in over a year. But I guess I'm just happy for all of you that get to spend a couple days, hopefully doing what you love to do.

**I'm thankful that Dena is not moving to Arizona for good, I got a little scared there for a second.

Its wednesday and its cold. What happened to the beautiful, summer dress wearing weather. For a while there, my drive into the city everyday from marin was clear and breathtaking, I even drove with the window down.

I must confess, this is my very first virtual diary. Sounds so high tech, doesn't it? I guess it really doesn't now that i think about it. In this day and age everybody and their mom has a blog of somesort. I would know, I waste away precious hours here at work perussing the blogs, I really need my daily dose. I call it "research" though. I work in the fashion industry, so when I cruise the fashion blogs, im just gathering information, right?
