Whether you’re boho-chic a la Kate Hudson, Fifth Avenue chic a la Gwyneth Paltrow or a downtown diva like Claire Daines, New York City seems to have enough style to suit just about anyone. Growing up in “The City” (aka. Manhattan), as I have, means that your formative years are spent in a potpourri of culture, style, music and art. When my cousins in the ‘burbs were sneaking out at night for some illegal fun, I was visiting the art galleries that took over my neighborhood, Chelsea, and taking note of the small designer shops that were springing up overnight.

Tracy Feith, Calypso, Gap, Banana Republic, Juicy, Resurrection, Urban Outfitters and Anthropolgie… are some of my favorite haunts.
