Don't let gift giving be a pest!

Merry Christmas (or whatever it is you chose to celebrate of not celebrate)!  No matter what you do this time of year, one thing is for sure—it is hectic.  It’s hard buying for everyone on your list.  Here are my favorite gifts that work year after year.

10. Massage- Everyone loves to get these!

9. Gym Gift Certificate- Buy someone yoga or Pilates classes.   *Bonus: they may drag you with them.

8. Cookies- They are time consuming, but easy to make large quantities for co-workers.

7. Gift Certificates to your fav. Clothing web site- Odds are your friends love your style and will be amped you let them in on your favorite place to shop. (www.yesstyle.com)

6. Mixed CD (itunes)- If you are low on funds because you had to have that awesome new bag from our bagista girl then this is the way to go.

5. Books- So obvious and so easy thanks to Amazon.

4. A homemade card- Just let old Grandma know what you are up to!

3. Wine openers- Every girl needs one (and most guys).

2. Craft Mafia- www.craftmafia.com.  Shop for unique gifts and support your local artists.

1. ****magazine subscriptions- The gift that keeps giving!  This is my favorite and the one that is most appreciated.  There is a magazine for everyone out there.

Orrrrrrr....

X Mas Breakfast. My Boyfriend and I decided not to exchange gifts this year or get gifts for anyone other that my little sister and our parents( total 6 people). What I have decided to do is exspand my X mas breakfast ( Quiche, hashbrowns, coffee, tea, pastries) and have more people over.

great pointers

some excellent ideas: i might borrow the cookies idea for all of the co-workers: especially since in the past individual presents proved to be cumbersome and for some reason discomforting to my dear co-workers.

Vino

Also, one can't go wrong with wine. I learned this year it doesn't even matter what kind. I contributed expired Beaujolais to a white elephant exchange, and people fought over it.
