What to Watch: Jon and Kate Plus Eight Has anyone seen Jon and Kate Plus Eight? It is my new favorite show on TV and follows the lives of a young married couple who have two sets of multiples (seven-year old twins and three-year old sextuplets)! It amazes me how organized they are and how they seem to be such smart parents in raising their kids. I guess you learn pretty fast when you have eight kids. Although I don't think this is a sign that I want babies any time soon, Drew and I have been enjoying this show as we can identify with Jon & Kate, the kids are absolutely adorable, and the situations are hilarious and actually very real. my mother in law told me about it and I think it's so cute. but the shot of kate pregnant with them is incredibly frightening. glad I only have one bun in the oven.

Such a wholesome show
It is so amazing to see how they handle 8 kids. I love that Kate always tries to cook organic and healthy meals and manages to stick to her budget. And I love that Jon & Kate encourage the kid's individualism to make them each feel special. I seriously don't know how they do it but they are role model parents :) So glad that you guys like this show too. What a nice alternative to the crappy reality tv out there. And yes, her belly shot was insane!

OBSESSED!
my hubby Keith was like " Is this your new show" because I was watching a marathon this weekend! Love it, I was actually going to post a diary entry about it! I agree with Jessica the pregnant belly shot of Kate where she has to flop her tummy to the side because it's so long and big is SCARY!!!!! They seem like wonderful parents and extremely down to earth and real. I can't wait to watch the new episode.

Love this show
and about every other show on TLC. It is an amazingly organized family (or so it seems on TV) and I love their dynamic as a couple. Very scary thing though is the picture of Kate when she was preggers with the sextuplets. I didn't even know that it was humanly possible to have that big of a stomach.

J&K+8 always puts things in perspective for me. What's one kid, when they have 8? But most of all, I love watching all the hilarious situations. My favorite episode is when they all go to Chocolate World, as Kate says, "Because I'm apparently crazy."
