It's 80 degrees in Reno today and time for some Hendrick's and tonic.  I just wish Ben's Liquor carried Regans' Orange Bitters....

I worked out with Jessamyn, the peppy 26 year old trainer, from 5-6 this morning.  She had me doing walking lunges while doing arm moves with 12 lb weights.  Also jump rope.  And other exercises I've blocked out.  I guess I'm glad I exercised already; I had a 7AM case (already done) and am now waiting for my surgeon to show up.  Our start is at 9 AM but he usually strolls in to mark the patient at 9:20 or so.  That being said, he is so nice to work with, and I can handle 3 plastic surgery patients, right?  It will be a long day.  Who knows if I will get some cardio in late this afternoon....at least Andy will be occupied with basketball games.  I just want to see the highlights.
