overcoming jet lag... or, how to not look ragged upon arrival. how is it that this woman can get off a plane straight from a refugee camp and look like THIS?? (now, i'm assuming most of us don't have a makeup artist and hair stylist on stand-by) any tips or tricks on how you ladies manage to look fabulous & fool the effects of jet lag after a change in time zone??? |

Well..
1. Stay hydrated; drink plenty of water and avoid soda or any other caffeinated drink, as well as alcohol. 2. Stretch in your seat, get up and walk around; do anything that allows you to exercise a little. I can't stress number one enough, it truly does make a difference. Hope this helps a little! Cheers to looking fabulous after flying! (BTW, here's a link to an article that provides steps on how to exercise while on a plane.)
