8 Resolutions for 2008

1. Actually use my gym membership.  At worst, work out three times a week at home if I cannot make it to the gym.

2. Eat better (less processed foods, more fruits and veggies, eat more filling "real" meals).

3. Learn a new language...I've chosen French.

4. Update my blog weekly.

5. Stop complaining so much.

6. Write in my journal weekly.

7. Read one new self-help book a month.

8. Spend less, save more.
