Stop Right Now, Thank You Very Much It is my third day today without smoking cigarettes, and it's kind of easy because I'm not in the city, nobody in my family smokes, and so less temptations... Do you have tips for when I get back to New York? Especially when you drink, is there an alternate oral fixation that feels as good?

Unfortunately, as a former smoker I'd have to say that I haven't found any oral fixation that feels as good unless you count maryjane (lol). I'd suggest avoiding the usual bars, scenes, and rountine areas where you'd normally smoke. Best of luck to U! Be strong lady ~ Be Strong!
