My Experience with T-MobileHello: I am trying to contact customer service regarding my cell phone, I thought you were open 24 hours per technical support. It is currently 10:24 pm PST. This is in reference to cell phone # {###-###} - blackberry pearl. For the past 2 weeks my #2 button has not been working. I called two times to get assistance. The first time I called I was told to call from another phone which was inconvenient since I was at work. The best time to do technical service for me is 9pm PST due to my work schedule, especially if I'm on the phone for 30 minutes. The second time I called I was transferred to technical support (could not understand a word he said) and he wanted to do a hard reset, meaning he wanted to erase everything on my phone. I have tons of numbers and passwords on my phone and since I have a MAC computer the CD that came with the pearl is not compatible to back-up of data. Can you just send me a replacement phone so I can conduct business instead of getting the run around. I can't dial any numbers with a 2 nor a text message with a Y or T. Please help. |
